Collection envelopes for 1980 are now available. Please note your
envelope number before the Offertory collection then collect your packet of 1980
envelopes after Mass.

Parish calendars are on sale
in the Church porch.
EVENING PRAYER
Evening Prayer will be said as
parat of the 7.00 pm Mass on Fridays during Advent.
INTER-CHURCH GROUP
The Inter-Church Group will meet on Wednesday 12 December at 7.30 pm in the Evangelical Union Church Hall. The speakers are Stuart Miller of Radio Clyde and R D Kernohan
of Life and Work magazine. The subject is the mass media.
SCRIPTURE STUDY
GROUP
The Scripture Study Group will meet in the Parochial Hall on Thursday
13 December at 7.30 pm.
PARISH ORGANISATIONS
Representatives of Parish organisations are asked
to meet in the Parochial Hall today at 3.00 pm.
AILSA HOSPITAL
The Parish minibus will leave for Ailsa Hospital, Ayr next
Sunday leaving the Church at 1.15 pm. Please give your name to Frank Coulter before
6.00 pm on Friday 14 December.
ARDROSSAN CHURCHES CHRISTMAS SERVICE
The Ardrossan Churches Christmas Service will be held on Sunday 16 December at
7.30 pm.
YOUNG WIVES AND MOTHERS
The Young Wives and Mothers Group
will meet on Tuesday 11 December at 1.30 pm. Father Murphy will give a talk on
Marriage Guidance. Names for the Christmas Party must be given no later than Tuesday
11 December. £359 was raised for the Blue Peter Cambodia Fund. Many thanks
to all who helped.
SAINT
ANNE'S GUILD
Saint
Anne's Guild will meet on Tuesday 11 December after evening Mass for a Surprise
Night. Money will be collected for the Christmas Dinner.
SAINT PETER'S PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION
Saint Peter's Parent Teacher
Association will have a disco in the Parochial Hall on Saturday 15 December from
6.00 to 9.00 pm for nine to twelve year olds. The admission charge is 20p. The
committee thanks everyone who helped make the Christmas Fayre such a success.
Two unclaimed raffle prizes remain - yellow 1 and white 33. Prizes can be claimed
from Mrs McIntosh. The doll was won by Fiona Walker, 35 Oak Road. There will be
a committee meeting on Monday 10 December at 7.30 pm in the school.
200 CLUB
This week's
200 Club winner is J McCormick, 28c Montgomerie Street who wins £10. Members
are reminded that next Sunday is collection day.

Saint Peter's Youth Club urgently requires a record

SAINT VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY
The brothers of the Saint Vincent
de Paul Society thank all those who contributed so generously to the special
appeal last Sunday. The sum realised was £111.72, an increase on last year's
total. Again, many thanks.
